Three-hour cardio recording from effort to rest

A three-hour recording where heart rate gradually eases from around 128 to 66 bpm. Follow the changing pulse alongside ECG, breathing, and motion; the raw signals contain short recording gaps.

CSV timestamps are Unix milliseconds (UTC); samples retain their recorded values.
ECG: volts. Respiration: ohms (chest movement signal). Acceleration: g, three axes.
Pulse: beats per minute. RR: milliseconds between detected heartbeats.
Body position: numeric code and text label. See dataset.json for signal counts.
RR intervals can be used to study HRV after checking beat quality.
Recording gaps are preserved; no samples are filled in.
See raw_signal_quality in dataset.json for raw coverage and longest observation gaps.
No activity or sleep-stage labels are supplied. License: MIT.
